The East Yorkshire paranormal society or E.Y.P.S for short is a non profit organsation which was set up in april 2012 by two close friends after having experiences ourselves. We had tried to tell people of our experiences but found that we where ridiculed and often shunned for our beleives but both knowing what we had experienced in our younger years we where determined to find a way to either prove what we had come across or find a scientific explanation for what it is we have previously experienced. so far we only have two members and as i have said previously we are two friends whos friendship has lasted since we where four years old and is still running strong to today. Due to our want to find any explanation for the paranormal either scientific or otherwise we are often untrusting of others but would be willing to expand if we are to find like minded individuals. we are not supporters of mediums of psychics although we do not wish to disrespect these individuals we base our investigations on scientific equipment and both visual and voice recording devices which we feel we can 100% rely on to give us accurate evidence. We do not in any way charge our clients for our services as our gain is to help and to research not to con people out of there hard earned cash.
Our main aim as a society is to investigate reportedly haunted destinations and either find evidence to support these claim or either to find a scientific reason for the activities that are been reported. our hope is to possibly add to the masses of evidence that is been found worldwide.
We hope to help bring comfort to those who are maybe living with paranormal activity by bringing them the evidence and facts they need to give them power through knowledge and either give them the strength to co-exist with the activity or the power to ask whatever or whomever it be to leave there home or place of work.
our number one goal is to help further peoples knowledge and understanding of what they may beleive is paranormal activity, by first trying to find a perfectly normal explanation for events and in the case we find a more paranormal explanation for the activities to do our best to research and find evidence of what or whom may be causing these events.
